Many of the projects undertaken by LBA Urbanismo have been the result of public tender processes. This has been the case of all the zoning and urban planning actions promoted by different local governments and the public urban development initiatives as well as one-off projects such as the improved access to the historic centre of Arcos de la Frontera and the Cortijo de Cuarto residential intervention in Seville, to name but a few.

 

We have also submitted a number of interesting bids for public projects that were not chosen for subsequent implementation. Most notably, these include two maritime facade recoveries: the one overlooking the Mediterranean in Garrucha, Almería province, and the one overlooking the the Guadiana estuary in Ayamonte, Huelva province.
