Two partial zoning plans were drawn up for the tourist development of El Rompido: the “West Rompido” SUS C-1 Partial Plan and the “Rompido Marina” Partial Plan.

 

Currently nearing completion, the intervention affects a total surface area of 172 hectares with a very low residential density of approximately 5 homes/hectare. A total of 900 tourist homes are planned as well as an abundance of nature areas, including an 82-hectare Site of Community Interest.

 

The plan also features sports facilities, shops, two hotels with a combined total of 2,800 beds, and an 18-hole golf course.
