The promotion of historic centres and areas through tailored regeneration actions constitutes a key aspect of our urban land use work, either as the specific aim of a project or as part of a wider urban plan. LBA Urbanismo assigns top priority to the protection of historic and architectural heritage in all of its urban planning processes.

 

The experience accumulated over the years in interventions of this type in historic areas and World Heritage cities has allowed us to develop a very precise methodology in approaching every new project.

 

The most important interventions undertaken to date include the urban plans for the World Heritage towns of Ubeda and Baeza and the historic heritage sites in Almeria, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Baza, Palma del Rio, Cabra and Priego de Cordoba.
