development of productive areas

The underlying aim of our plans for productive and commercial areas is to ensure that the activities introduced generate quality urban settings. Our land management proposals therefore address the specific requirements of the different types of companies involved, taking into account the different uses and typologies and integrating the interventions with the landscape.

Two interventions in particular exemplify this approach:

  • The mission of the 50-hectare Olive Oil Science and Technology Park in Jaén is to offer land of sufficient quality to attract research and productive activities related to olive groves, with a particular focus on environmental efficiency.
  • The 40-hectare Palmas Altas Business and Retail Park in Seville comprises two zones: one for advanced services and businesses, and one reserved for a large shopping centre.
