The fundamental aims of the public parks and spaces developed by LBA Urbanismo in recent years can be summed up as follows:

 

• Generating accessible spaces for public enjoyment by creating areas for different uses within a harmonious setting.
• Defining interventions which are both environmentally and economically sustainable.
• Creating quality spaces that are capable of generating their own landscape and improving the urban appearance of their immediate environment.

 

Important projects undertaken in this field include the interventions in the tourist areas of Costa Ballena and the Villanueva Golf Resort in Cadiz, the development of the Muelle de las Delicias pier on the River Guadalquivir in Seville, and various parks integrated with large residential or productive areas, as in the case of Pago de Enmedio in La Rinconada, Palmete and Palmas Altas in Seville.
